- Non-Delivery of Tokens: If tokens purchased are not delivered or credited to your account due to system errors.
- Defective Digital Goods: If purchased digital goods are significantly defective or not as described.
Exclusions:
We retain the right to refuse a refund if:
- You simply changed your mind;
- You misused the product or service in a way that contributed to the problem;
- You requested a service to be carried out against our advice or were unclear about your requirements;
- A service problem was completely beyond our control.
Refund Duration and Mode
We strive to process all eligible refund requests promptly and efficiently. Please note the following regarding refund duration and mode:
- Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of the purchase date.
- Processing Time: We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days of receiving the request.
- Refund Mode: Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment used for the purchase.
- Bank Transfers: For payments made via bank transfer, please provide your bank account details when submitting the refund request.
- Digital Wallet Refunds: For payments made through digital wallets (e.g., PayTM, Google Pay), refunds will be credited back to the same wallet.
- Credit/Debit Card Refunds: For card payments, please allow 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
Please note that while we process refunds promptly on our end, the time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Please note that this Policy complies with the primary Consumer Guarantees that are most likely to be relevant to you. We offer no protections beyond the minimum requirements under Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
We offer remedies in accordance with the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019, to the extent that it applies. If there is an inconsistency between this Policy and the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the latter will prevail.
